WARRANTY

Conlab control Laboratories Ltd. (Conlab) for the effective period of the following warranty, guarantees that it's standard hardware products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship, subject to normal use and service.

Conlab`s obligation under this warranty shall not arise until the defective product is returned, by the buyer, freight prepaid, to Conlab`s facility or to another specified location. Conlab`s only responsibility under this warranty is, at its option and sole discretion, to replace or repair, free of charge, any defective component part of such a product.

EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF WARRANTY

Electronic products: Three years from date of invoice. Probes and accessories: Twelve months from date of invoice. Repaired or replacement products: Twelve months from date of return.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

The above mentioned warranty does not extend to and shall not apply to:

1.	Products, which have been repaired or altered by anyone other than Conlab`s Personel, unless buyer has properly altered or repaired the products in accordance with procedures previously approved in writing by Conlab.
2.	Products which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation or operation.
3.	Products, which have been mechanically damaged.

The warranty and remedies set forth above are in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, oral or written, either in fact or by operation of law-statutory or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which Conlab specifically disclaims.

Conlab neither assumes nor recognizes any other liability in connection with the sale, installation or use of its products.

Conlab shall bear no liability for incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising from the sale, installation, or use of its products.
